2025 Spring & Fall Recruiting Programs: No Fee
Time Spans
With student and employer participants from all over the country, we have created two schedules that you can select from to best fit your schedule. A full schedule is provided below.
*Please note, Symplicity will display all times in EASTERN TIME, as will Flo Recruit.
“Full Day 1” will run from 9:45 a.m.-5:00 p.m. EASTERN TIME (6:45 a.m.-2:00 p.m. PT).
“Full Day 2” will run from 11:30 a.m.-6:45 p.m. EASTERN TIME (8:30 a.m.-3:45 p.m. PT).
Both schedules will have sixteen 20-minute interview slots with five minutes in between. There is a 35-minute break after the first eight interviews.
Interview Links
Interview links will be emailed by Flo Recruit around 9:00 a.m. ET the day before your interviews.
Employer Registration
To begin the registration process in Flo Recruit, our interview program platform, please click the Registration buttons below. You will be asked to enter your email address; the system will then receive an email with a registration link. If you need assistance with the registration process, please contact Shawn McKenna at smckenna@unc.edu or 919.843.8384.
When completing the Registration form, please take note of our time span schedules, and select Full Day 1 or Full Day 2, whichever best fits your time zone.
