2026 Spring & Fall Recruiting Programs: No Fee
Time Spans
With student and employer participants from all over the country, we have created time block options that allow you to choose morning, afternoon or full-day, and time blocks appropriate for employers on the east or west coast. All are 20-minute interviews, continuous (no break in between). A full schedule is provided below.
*Please note, Flo Recruit will display all times in EASTERN TIME.
- Full-day, east coast – 9:25 am – 5:00 pm EST, 20 interviews
- Full-day, west coast – 11:30 am – 7:00 pm EST, 20 interviews
- Morning, east coast – 9:25 am – 1:00 pm EST, 10 interviews
- Afternoon, east coast – 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm EST, 10 interviews
- Morning, west coast – 11:30 am – 3:00 pm EST, 10 interviews
- Afternoon, west coast – 3:30 pm – 7:00 pm EST, 10 interviews

Interview links will be emailed by Flo Recruit around 9:00 a.m. ET the day before your interviews.
Employer Registration
To begin the registration process in Flo Recruit, our interview program platform, please click the Registration buttons below. You will be asked to enter your email address; the system will then receive an email with a registration link. When completing the Registration form, please take note of our time span schedules, and select the time block that best fits your schedule.
